The Tiki Bar..ge is the second boat in the Chicago Tiki Boat fleet, and it's a different animal from the original. Thatched roof, bamboo rails, three refrigerators under the counter, and room for twelve to spread out.
Every charter leaves from Monroe Harbor and stays on the lake. Drop anchor right there, run up to DuSable Harbor, or park in the South Playpen off Museum Campus. There's no skyline like Chicago's, especially from the middle of the lake.
Bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate outings, or a Tuesday that needed rescuing. Bring your drinks, your snacks, and your own bartender if you want one. Your captain takes care of the boat.

The whole boat

Captained rental
A licensed captain runs the boat, so nobody needs a boating license. The captain fee is $300 weekdays or $400 weekends and event days, flat for the whole trip and paid directly to your captain.
Pack for the water
Bring your drinks and snacks. Three refrigerators on board keep them cold.

Before You Board
DEPARTING FROM MONROE HARBOR
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time so we can check in your group, run the safety briefing, and push off on schedule. Your charter ends at its scheduled time either way, so board early and you get more of it.
Head to the Dock
Follow the dock signs to your slip. You can't miss us. Look for the thatched roof, the bamboo rails, and the only floating tiki bar on Lake Michigan.
