Pablo didn’t set out to build a business. He set out to share something he loved. Over two decades later, that passion is still what drives every charter that leaves Monroe Harbor.

FROM SAILBOAT TO TIKI BOAT

Pablo, a native of Santiago, Chile, bought his first sailboat in 2001. A 27 foot 1979 Hunter called Happy Ending. What started as a hobby for him, his family, and friends quickly revealed something bigger. The joy that a real boat party brought to people was something worth sharing with all of Chicago.

That realization became Chicago Tiki Boat in 2012. More than a boat rental, Pablo built an experience where memories are created for a lifetime. From one sailboat to Chicago’s original tiki fleet, the dream that started on the water is still very much alive.
